 Capt. Russ Capt. Russ has been running charter boats on the panhandle for close to 30 years and is committed to excellence. The captain’s responsibilities include the building of new fishing reefs, getting us to them, holding us on the reefs, and 1st most keeping the passengers and crew safe!  Admiral "Tweety" Eve Admiral "Tweety" Eve is the Captain's wife and business partner. She too has been in the charter business for 30 years. Some of her responsibiilities include Booking and Handling of all customers, Bookkeeping, Daily operations, and most importantly keeping the Captain and Crew "on their toes". (That is a job in it's self!!!!)  1st Mate Rick I have been working for A-1 Charters on and off for 20 years. My goal is to make sure you have a great time whether it’s your 1st time or 100th. My responsibilities consist of teaching to bottom fish, supplying bait and tackle, handling of fish, and fish cleaning. Most of all entertaining you! (This season training to captain).  2nd Mate Steve This is Steve’s 4th year with us and has proven to be a great addition. Steve’s responsibilities are the same as Rick's. Since Rick will be training to run the boat this season you will see Steve on the deck more.  The Rookie "Kyle" This is Kyle's 1st season with us and a great addition to the Outcast family. His responsibilities are the same as Steve's and to learn the art of working on the water! |
